Wolf Pack is the participation layer connecting Krooklyn’s Mind, Sound, and Experience. The current Pack Question gives Citizens one shared prompt without turning contribution into a popularity contest.
One public prompt governs the round.
The active Pack Question is the canonical invitation across Wolf Pack and Commons until Wolf closes, carries, or archives it.
Witness before performing certainty.
Citizens begin with one responsible observation. A response may open discussion without becoming canon, endorsement, or permanent publication.
Host recognition marks usefulness.
A Host acknowledgment means the response helped the room think. Stewardship and archival custody remain separate decisions.
