A brief, permitted, site-responsive cultural work commissioned for people to encounter during ordinary public movement.
Radio 33 develops the format, creative direction, talent commissioning, rehearsal, production, and documentation. Cultural workers are contracted and paid. The host property or institution provides authorization, operational coordination, and the commissioning budget.
The public is not required to register, purchase, network, or perform participation. They encounter the work and continue their day.
Radio 33 is not asking permission for an artist to arrive with a preselected show. The site, audience, desired outcome, restrictions, and approved budget are understood first. The signal is then designed and cast for those conditions.
“Public” never means unpermitted. Sound, circulation, safety, accessibility, documentation, rights, and site operations are defined before production.
